Responsibilities
- Define and solve challenges across the Android platform and wearable device platforms, from ideation to production to management and maintenance
- Build reusable Android software components for interfacing with cloud based back-end platforms
- Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest Android programming techniques
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Help build and improve internal tools with simplicity and productivity in mind. For example, you might write a script that makes it easier to deploy new versions of apps.

Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science from a top university with stellar academic performance
- Proven software development experience of more than two years in
- Working with third-party libraries and APIs (REST and JSON )
- Android app development and Android SDK
- Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlin. Have handled UI, networking, and threading in those languages
- Exceptional object oriented programming skills (Java and C / C++)
- Ability to communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed
UI UX Developer Designer
Responsibilities
- Conceive, prototype, design and implement beautiful, useful and desirable user interfaces for next-generation healthcare machine intelligence web applications that are innovative, elegant, engaging and easy to use
- Engineer robust, scalable and responsive user interfaces for broad production deployment
- Drive new front-end applications from ideation to implementation and production around differentiated healthcare use cases with multiple stakeholders (patients, providers, payers) and complex operational workflows
- Deliver information in an innovative, engaging and informative manner maximizing impact
- Define UI specifications, end-to-end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to stakeholders
- Revise and update designs based on continuing user research, business requirements, market research, usability testing and feedback
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, HCI, Design or related field
- 2+ years UI design experience
- Portfolio of UI experience (please attach in PDF format with resume/CV or provide web link)
- Experience with front-end engineering (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Strong passion for driving healthcare impact through design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand user requirements and communicate design rationales

- Excellent time management skills to deliver high quality work in a fast paced startup culture
- Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams across the globe and across different time zones

iOS Developer

We are seeking teammates with exceptional qualitative market research skills, particularly related to user feedback, social media and conclusive research design. You will be leading descriptive analysis of cross-sectional research of both primary and secondary (external / public) healthcare data.
JOB TYPE: Full time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting primary qualitative research in an applied setting (in-depth interviews, focus groups, electronic surveys)
- 1+ years of managing all stages of qualitative research in applied setting (survey design, operational execution, data analysis, devising customer insights and recommendations)
- Exceptional reading, comprehension and writing skills
- Ability to analyze large quantities of descriptive electronic survey data, quickly and accurately: questionnaire checking, sampling, measuring, scaling, coding, summarizing, data cleaning, qualitative hypothesis testing, qualitative factor analysis and qualitative cluster analysis
- Ability to understand and adhere to constraints placed by international legal requirements (particularly related to privacy and confidentiality), government regulations, economic, structural, informational, and sociocultural environments of the target international markets
- Exceptional work ethics. Ability to work independently across multiple cultures and time zones
- Passionate about user insights
- BA/BS in business, science, market research, or related discipline from a reputable university
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience, deliverables, and the ability to extract actionable insights from qualitative data
- Working knowledge of of behavioral sciences and behavioral analysis
- Extraordinary ability to think critically and logically. Ability to describe complex things, concisely and logically in report presentations with experience in presenting to senior leaders

- Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research software ( SPSS, Excel, RDBMS, R)
